The Netherlands American Cemetery in Margraten, Netherlands, is the final resting place of many Americans who lost their lives during World War II. Our 13-minute film plays in its visitor center and recounts the liberation of western Europe from Nazi control through the stories of the American servicemembers who fought, died, and are buried in its plots.

The film interweaves archival and original footage, personal letters, actor voice-over, and immersive maps to bring viewers into the battlefield, shining a light on some of the men and women who never made it home. It also follows the establishment of the cemetery and the many Dutch citizens who continue to tend it today. The Netherlands American Cemetery is administered by the American Battle Monuments Commission, whose centennial film we also produced.
