The Origins of a Nation
How do you tell the story of a country and its people? Comprehensively. The Canadian History Hall, the signature exhibit at The Canadian Museum of History, boasts a plethora of linear and interactive programs that help visitors understand the myriad forces that have helped to shape Canada over 15,000 years and that continue to shape it today. We provided complete project management and produced all of the linear media.

"Origin Stories," one of the 40 films we produced for The Canadian History Hall, is an introductory film edge-blended and projected onto a curved wall that illustrates how the aboriginal Anishinaabe people believe the earth came to be formed.
Further into their journey, visitors are invited to virtually tour a longhouse village. Northern Light provided all of the 360-degree media production and post-processing and Unified Field provided the UX and programming for this joystick-driven interactive experience.
In the past, I steered friends and relatives visiting Ottawa away from the [Canadian Museum of History].
Not anymore.
